Order Cancellation

 

Thank you for shopping at Ecovibezys (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with high-quality storage sheds and patio chairs. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is based on the status of your order:

  • Within 48 Hours: If you submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing your order and the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order directly for a full refund.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been shipped (even if within the 48-hour window), we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate the return and refund process. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at info@ecovibezys.com or by calling +1 (518) 755-6108.

  • In your communication, please provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your record quickly.

  • Our customer service team will review your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions

  • Method: Once the cancellation or return is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to the original bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) used for payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuing banks, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modification
If you need to modify order information (such as the shipping address or contact details) rather than cancel the order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the storage sheds or patio chairs have been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by you.

Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to process payment or verify billing information.

  • Unexpected inventory shortages of the specific storage shed or patio chair model you selected.

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
    If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.
