Welcome to Ecovibezys (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience for our storage sheds and garden chairs. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Delivery Scope
We currently only support shipping within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: For orders totaling AUD 50 or more, we provide free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 50, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional taxes or fees upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing that same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safety of your items, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express, among others.
Order Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information.
You can track your order status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the latest status.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.

Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and the product carefully. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging or the product itself (especially for large items like storage sheds), please note this on the delivery receipt or refuse the package and contact us immediately.
Delivery Failure and Reshipment
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to sign for the package, they may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by you, a redelivery fee may apply.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier network congestion. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
