Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Return Validity Period
You have 14 days from the date you signed for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

Sensory Issues: The product has strong odors or severe color differences compared to the website description.

Wrong Item: The product received does not match the item ordered ("Goods do not match description").

No Reason Return: You simply changed your mind or no longer need the item (subject to fee rules below).
Return Process

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.

You must mail the product back to the designated return address we provide and wait for us to receive the item.

Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the "Refund Process" section.
Exchange Process

Please contact us via email at info@ecovibezys.com or call +1 (518) 755-6108 to request an exchange. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant videos or photos.

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

You must mail the product back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive the item.

Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the new shipment within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new product is 5-8 business days. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original Visa or MasterCard account used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If you have not received it after this period, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules

Our Responsibility: For returns caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: For "No Reason" returns (change of mind), you will bear the return shipping costs.
Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to facilitate your return process.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return (especially for "No Reason" returns), the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is returned damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order is cancelled before shipment, we will issue a full refund immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow the Return Process outlined above.
Liability Statement
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. We are not liable for issues arising from improper assembly or use of the storage sheds and patio chairs that contradicts the user manual. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
