In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

    • Orders of AUD 50 or more: Free Shipping.

    • Orders under AUD 50: A flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 applies.

  • Shipping Duration: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 8 business days, though this may fluctuate depending on the destination.

6. Cancellation of Orders

  • Cancellation Conditions:

    • Orders may be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if the order has not yet been shipped.

    • If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait for the logistics delivery to arrive and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
